Courtney Waggoner is a top notch realtor. She advised me on what cosmetic jobs on the house would be beneficial in increasing the sale ability of it. She provided names of reasonable contractors to take care of what I personally couldn't. She made her self available for any question's that I might have and helped walk us through the whole process once we had a buyer.
